We deliver Humanology-aligned consulting and capacity development services in Ghana, following approved standards, tools, and quality requirements. Our focus is to support organisations and professionals to improve performance through structured training, advisory support, and practical implementation.

We provide services to public and private sector organisations, SMEs, and institutions, with solutions adapted to the Ghanaian context while maintaining the licensor’s delivery expectations.

Meeting Protocol

We utilize 45-minute "Strategic Alignment" sessions conducted via Google Meet to synchronize operations across time zones.

Time Zone Coordination

To maintain seamless collaboration, sessions are scheduled to bridge the 8-hour gap between Ghana (GMT) and Malaysia (MYT).

Governance Agenda

These sessions involve formal sign-offs on four critical areas:

  • Identity Verification: Final approval of physical address and official contact lines.
  • Service Quality: Review and approval of all microsite copy, service definitions, and value propositions.
  • Leadership Validation: Official confirmation of Board members and key technical posts for public publishing.
  • Operational Readiness: Agreement on deployment timelines and compliance check schedules.
